Congratulations to Alex Chalke!
Last Saturday 23rd November at the K2 Arena in Crawley, Alex won the British Championship for the Over 36-year-old class Power Test in the British Taekwon-Do Championships. He then completed his set of medals with Silver in the sparring and Bronze in Patterns.
This event was co-organised to allow International Taekwon-Do Associations from across Europe to compete and on the day 12 countries were represented amongst 600 competitors in various categories and weight divisions.
