This US headquartered energy technology and power project developer was establishing an international presence in London from which to develop business outside of the USA.

Client’s Need

To address the international market for its technologies and to develop a pipeline of power projects outside of the USA, our client wished to build out a team of experienced power sector professionals requiring the recruitment of a Business Development Director, Legal Counsel, Sales Engineer and Financial Modeller.

In order to recruit for several positions simultaneously, GC&S put together a team of three experienced Partners supported by two in-house Researchers and administrative support. Through a mixture of structured research and networking with contacts in the Energy sector, the team was quickly able to build strong shortlists of each of the four positions.
