Grosvenor Clive & Stokes are delighted to announce the successful appointment of Lord Hutton and Sir David Higgins as Non Executive Directors to their client, Sirius Minerals. Sirius is an AIM-listed minerals company which owns assets overlaying known potash deposits in Yorkshire, Australia and the United States.

 

Lord Hutton, the former Work and Pensions Secretary and Labour MP, and Sir David Higgins, the Chief Executive of Network Rail and former Chief Executive of the Olympic Delivery Authority, have already joined the business.
